About Our Wholesale Operation

Olde World operates its own bakery within the store to guarantee that customers have fresh products from which to choose. We start with true, boiled New York Style Bagels made fresh from scratch every day. Click here to obtain product ingredient and nutritional information. Bagels and pastries for wholesale customers are baked between 3:00PM and 9:00PM the night before. They are bagged and wrapped in the evening to preserve freshness. Olde World Bagel owns its delivery vehicles and hires its own drivers so that we can control and guarantee our services.

Managing orders

• Customers may set up a standing order for each day of the week. If customers do not call in, the standing order will be delivered.
• Alternatively, customers may opt to contact Olde World Bagel daily by phone (527-9651) or fax (527-9651).
• Orders must be placed by 1:00PM. We will make our best effort in respect to late orders, but cannot guarantee next day delivery.
• Orders are delivered between 4:00-7:00AM the following day. Delivery drivers will follow customer instructions as to how the order should be left at the customer location.
• Customers will return trays by leaving them at the drop off location for the delivery driver.
• Customers receiving incomplete orders or unacceptable product should call in to indicate the problem and determine a solution.
• Customers will be invoiced weekly based on the actual quantities delivered. Payment is due net 14 days. We reserve the right to charge interest at 1.5% per month for past due amounts.
